ANECDOTES
- The film is a sequel and considered the ending of the animated TV series "The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo" (1985).
- Although the character Flim Flam re-appears in this movie, this time as a grown-up; Scrappy-Doo, Scooby-Doo's nephew, who was present in the original series, does not.
Moreover, the movie makes it sound like Fred and Velma have never met Scrappy-Doo, while he was with the full gang in the TV series "Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo" (1979). - Fred's and Velma's absence from the original series is explained as they were away at camp. Therefore, they meet Flim Flam for the first time in this movie. While reuniting with his friends, Flim Flam sees Sammy in his traditional green t-shirt for the first time and he refers to the red shirt he wore on the show.
- This is the last movie in which Katerína Gírgis (Κατερίνα Γκίργκις) dubbed Daphne in the Greek version, a role she's dubbed for almost 20 years. She stopped dubbing the character from the second season of "Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?" because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
- Lena Meieran, the Norwegian voice of Velma, was the voice of Flim Flam in the TV Series "The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo".
